I will be spending March in Melbourne, FL. I used to be stationed at nearby Patrick AFB and know they have a FAMCAMP. I recall there is a firing range near the FAMCAMP. My dog freaks out with loud noises. Does anyone know if the firing range is a problem? How about the FAMCAMP in general. I'll be talking to their management but want an independent opinion.

We were there Jan 06 and the firing range was operational on Sat and Sun. It's a nice camp - you can walk the dog along the river. They have a very efficient and fair in-out process.
