I watched a video of a Marine, shot in the ankle, being carried from a fire fight on a gurney and he was still firing his rifle at the enemy. I would not want to be his enemy. My appreciation to you guys for your service to our country.

Wayne, this isn't a quote, but rather what I think our President should do to eliminate the present-day pirates in the Arabian Sea. Battle of Derna - Marine Corps
History should repeat itself.

What they need to do to eliminate the pirate situation is send in faux sail boats and tankers heavily armed with birds on stand by. At the first sign of trouble or a weapon just sink the enemy and repeat until none exist.

Too hard to use Navy to police as they will be avoided. Need to draw them into heavy equip. Civilian and merchant ships to be eliminated enmass.

Hey, they forgot one - ditty my mom, who was a Navy nurse, taught me when I was just a whippersnapper (before I went to Quantico):

"Ten thousand gobs lay down their swabs,
To fight one sick Marine;
Ten thousand more, stood up and swore,
Such a fight they'd never seen,,,"

Wayne,

We have one here in F/A-18 Hornet flight test.

"There are two types of aircraft. Fighters and Targets."
