USN 1968-1978 First station after A school was Albuquerque, joint service base. Paradise then--not so much now. Was out of Norfolk when I got out. That was the problem, we were always OUT of Norfolk.

I'm a 23 year 70-93 Veteran Canadian Armed Forces. Stationed in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. Retired from Canadian Military Construction Engineers. Specializing in Environment such as Water and Sewage treatment and remediation. Also Fuels and chemical Remediation.
Owned a trucking company for 6 years and ran 2 other trucking company's but got to be to much so retired again. Next I worked in the Airport Operations Centre, Winnipeg International Airport for 18 years. Retired from there Nov 2015.
At that time we found out that I was suffering from Mantle Cell Lymphoma, (A blood cancer) of which I finished treatment in July 2017. I still do maintenance treats but I have got this licked!
Enjoying life to the fullest, meeting new friends and enjoying our coach during the summers at least for now. Travel Safe Folks.....
