Which VA hospital

I currently go to the Iowa City VA center and really like it, never any issues. I will be moving to a Chicago suburb and would be really close to the Hines Center. Have you been there and what do you think should I change facilities. Thank you. Have fun RVN

I'm not following your question??

Moving to Chicago Suburb ......Iowa City VA is over 220 miles one way

WHY would you continue to go to that VA.....besides with change of address your VA Primary will change anyway

Depending on the suburb. I live is the Northern Illinois area and use the newer VA clinic in Rockford. If I need the services of the hospital I go to the VA Hospital in Madison WI. If you are not located close to Chicago with traffic Madison would be easier to get to. Have not been to the Hines Center, so I can't comment.

Thanks for The info Justlou. Madison would be way closer than Iowa City. Gonna do a little more looking into it. I'm thinking the Hines Center being a half hour away would be the way to go

carl haydn is the one that made national news for being so bad.
