Military Branch

While not an Active member I served 41 years as a civillian in a Canadian Naval Shipyard. Proud to have been able to directly support our men and women in the Canadian Forces, as well as US and other NATO Allies.

Never served. Wanted to, but they would not let me do so as I wasn’t willing to give up my $1000 loan on my 67 Camaro back in 1972... Born and raised in the military, Royal Canadian Horse Artillery (RCHA), most of my descendants back to 1638 in Massachusetts served in the military (1776, 1812, 1861, 1899, 1914, 1939, 1950, 1966) and I’m proud of my family’s military history.
To lol of those who were able to serve, I say, “ well done, Sir” Salute.
Thank you.

You know why you have to be over 6' tall to be in the USCG? When the boat sinks you can walk to shore. 1968-1972 with 3 years at Air Station Miami Fl where I was born.
This post is my opinion, worth what you paid for it.

Gratefully enjoying my VA benefits.

If you don't know what I mean by having a VA 'Rating', please ask around or take the link below.

It's a game changer for a lot of us.

If you qualify, you sure as hell earned it.
