While this has NOTHING to do with RVing, I just felt that pet owners out there would like to know that several news outlets are reporting that there was an adoption drive for the roughly 700 animals that were not claimed after the Joplin tornadoes. During that one weekend, over 700 animals found new homes.

So thrilled that they have another chance at new homes!

Terrific

Thanks for sharing.

Some of those could have been RV'ing pets.

We have a friend in NE OK who has been volunteering at the Joplin Humane Society since the tornado. I haven't spoken to her, but I know she has to be bursting at the seams, so happy that so many were place last weekend.
