Thumbs up NICE

Those condos are beautiful. Are they prefab? Thanks for sharing this! We have two cats, and I would love to give them access to the basement! (sorry for all the exclamation points, but I'm very impressed)

Ted,

That's what I would call going all out for your fur baby.

That's a nice looking condo and great workmanship.

Thanks for sharing.

Ron

We used to have made and sell a Kitty Kondo (trademarked), but they just got too expensive to buy and resell. There are some of them out there still and we get asked about sellking them everytime we're out.
Ours were a wire cage that fits over a window and hang on the outside of the rig. Then I took a sheet of Lexan and fit it to the window opening and put a pet door in it.

Ted, YOU are a genius! This is exactly the kind of creativity I was hoping to find.
We are brand new full-timers with two cats. Thank you!

Nice looking setup.
Someone on the old Safari Trek Tracks site sent me photos of a similar idea, but they had the kitty door under the sofa going into the storage bay below it with a fabric flap they could drop down when not traveling with their cats, an astro turf platform so they would not bring litter back inside, and a 12 volt muffin fan on an interior side of the kitty bay so no odors could creep inside the coach,
Is that a Maine Coon ?

Yep Maine Coon! Daffney has been with us for 15 years (wow)! Good idea on the astro turf and the fan. I will add them to my list of "to-do" items for sure!
