Cat window enclosure

I am looking for info on how to build and mount a collapsible enclosure to mount on the outside of my RV window
Ideally would be able to hook or hang without having to screw anything to the coach
Has anyone built something along those lines?
I can't find anything readymade

If you go to Google Images and search "Cat cage hangs in window" you'll see many photos of these.

It's also been discussed on this forum:

I'd make something that sticks out an open window with a rim to keep it from falling out the opening.

We were in a campground near San Franciso a few years ago. Next door the RV to be permanently parked and had a full ground to drivers window cat house with mulitiple levels (and multiple cats).

The cats seemed to like it.
