I've thought of a pretty cool idea for their "business" which is to make an access door down to one of the smallest bassements for their boxes to stay in. Shouldn't be any reason why they wouldn't jump up and down out of there as we are only talking about a foot and a half.
Thoughts or other suggestions?

I made a hole in my stair, with a clear plexiglass swinging door that opens into a compartment with a cat box in it. I also put a in a fan with screen that blows to the outside in the floor. I clean the box from the outside of the RV. Which is good and bad because my cat could excape while cleaning hence the door that can be blocked shut. I put in a light to find my cat if she decides to hide in there and I can find her. I do not FT so on each trip I show her where her box is located, just to remind her. I kept the box clean and she has no problem using it. O and one othe thing I close off the compartment so it does not connect to the other compartments.
