Unhappy Hurakan 2000-2011

Hurakan. Mayan for hurricane. He was our special buddy for 11 years. He was apply named. Hurakan loved to play, would fetch thrown items, would follow you around to see what you were doing and loved to crawl into your lap, purring before he even plopped down. He was like no other cat that we have ever known or experienced.

Hurakan and his half-sister, LeMeiux, both pure bread Burmese cats, have traveled with us for 110,000 miles and 1270 days of rving.

Hurakan was diagnosed with cancer and we fought the illness, but today Hurakan died in my wife’s arms with both of them in my arms. We had to end his journey at the vets to stop his suffering. That is a very hard thing to do.

Hurakan will be missed.

Goodbye my friend.

Big sorry for you my brother. Losing a pet is like losing part of your soul. Pets have a way of working their way into your life and taking control of you soul and making you what they need as a ''Master''(?) and gently using you to their own needs and wants. It take a while to train a human but they are patient and they will eventually get it done.
Cats are special. You never own a cat. It is simply that they choose to live with you and if they dont like you,,,,,,,,,,, they will disappear in a poof of air and never be seen again. There is nothing as peaceful as a sleeping cat in your arms or on you lap and nothing as mean as a kitty that aint happy for some reason.
Take the time to heal and remember the good times .......

Be safe on the road my bro.

Some military person is standing watch right now keeping us safe...... think about it....

Hurakan looks like he was a perfect kitty. I'm sure he will always be in your heart and your memories will be a comfort in time.
I'm sure your lives have been the better for him having been a large part for so long.

All the best.
