Has anyone tried this Joint Pain or do you know of any other safe pain relief medicine for pets?

Our Blackie has not started showing any outward signs of pain but I'm sure she has pain and discomfort with the tumor that has been growing on her hip. The only time we have seen her show any outward sign of pain was when she was jumped by our male cat when he wanted to play with her, and when she was accidentally kicked by a child. Occasionally she will cry when I pick her up wrong but sometimes I'm mot sure if I hurt her or she is just protesting being picked up.

Thanks,

Ron

Ron,

Sorry we have not tried it. If it works, that is amazing. We did provide Glucosamine for our Dally from age 10 and on and it worked wonders for her. She live to just over 14.5yrs and was very comfortable and happy up until the end.

If it works, please post your results!

Kyle

Ron,

We do physical therapy for canines and a few felines but not as many. They just don't like the pool or underwater treadmill that much .

We are very familiar with many different "joint" formulas but not this one. For Blackie I would buy some traumeel which is a homeopathic remedy which is excellent for trauma pain or maybe cancer pain. You can purchase from any good health food store or online. Put one pill in a small brown bottle--again purchase at health food store and add distilled or bottled water to it. Shake well until pill dissolves. Cost is probably about 10.00. It has worked well for our kitty when he tries to kick other kitty butt or when the mastiffs twist something.......

There is also another site where I have used their products and found them quite effective--
http://www.nativeremedies.com/petalive/index.html We have used their calming and aggression formulas on dogs who come here as needed.

The glucosamine/Chondroitin formulas for Blackie wouldn't help much because his pain is more from the cancer than arthritis.

Hugs to Blackie.
