Doggy Daddy,
I can see from the VT listing that it only shows one. Most of the campgrounds in VT are dog friendly.

Maybe you can train Calvin to be a Service Dog.

Thanks a lot for the recommendation, great idea BTW. I will investigate this advise, although with both Harlee and Calvin (one Lab and Lab mix) we shouldn’t have any problems except for the parks who have a weight restriction rule.

One of the members in another forum that I am a member has a very large breed who is a service dog and was given the advise of retaining (keeping this ruling on hand in his travels) the rules pertaining to service dogs. Should he encounter any problems form Park employees who insist on not letting him stay because of the size or breed of his service dog.

Thanks again for your time and advise,

Pops

We have not had a problem with our two Dobe's in State or Federal campgrounds. The KOA's we encountered seem to have breed and size restrictions. Our Dobes have Canine Good Citizens Certificates, Obedience Training and nursing home certificates, but that doesn't sway their policy. We even show them photos of them with other dogs and people at campfires to no avail.
