Al, he is a nice looking companion. You're going to force me to take a picture of Lulu and show her off.

Hi Samarai & powerboat,

Thanks for the well wishes on my new friend! And I say show off Lulu as much as you want, I have never seen anyone not like a pet picture! I think it was W.C. Fields, who said never work with pets or children they will always steal the show!

Hi Al - Nice to get a travel buddy! Been thinking about it a lot myself, since I lost my little CJ pom a year ago. I'll be checking back to see what great adventures and funny mishaps you and Mickey might be having!

Congrats on your new companion and great job on the rescue. My wife and I take our dog Millie, everywhere we go including our ATV, (she rides in the middle and loves the adventure).

I appreciate your "go for it!" attitude, Al. I visited with a lady who has a little girl Pom just yesterday, and it seems right, but I've been doing a lot more fishing and river-running this last year, sometimes 4-5 days on a float trip, and don't know what to do with a new little pal when I'm on a trip. I'll keep working on it 'til I get it figured! Or maybe this is one of those things that doesn't need to be figured, eh? I think that was your message! Just do it, and it will work? Happy New Year to you both!

Hi All,

Again thanks for the new well wishes!!!

Hardy1000,

I have a front pack that Mickey fits in and the other day we were out on the scooter, and he loved it, will have to get him some goggles,LOL!!

Steelheadbluesman,

When I get back up to NJ in the summer, I spend almost all day out on my pontoon boat and I figure Mickey will make a good first mate,LOL!!!

Depchief,

Don't worry I am looking for one for him all the time,LOL!!
