If there is a small crack into a hidey hole a cat will find it.

I caught our middle Japanese Bobtail (Tomiko) crawling up on top of the surround sound woofer under the dash. Pulled him out right away. When we went to leave I found that my backup camera didn't work. Got home and pulled the monitor out and found the coax had been pulled off. Gee, I wonder who did that!

Our three cats travel in their carry on boxes (aka kennels). We put the 3 "boxes' by the front door before we leave on a MH trip and they go right in and wait. We keep the carry ons on the floor, and the cats don't travel loose. When it is time to move on we play hide and seek. They hide and we look for them. Under the dash is a favorite place so we have that blocked with cardboard. Our cats are indoor only. On cold nights we throw another cat on the bed. Actually they slip under the covers when it is too cold. deSanford PS we like traveling with them as they don't have to be walked, and they are self cleaning.

Great idea! Thanks for the idea.
I am considering trying to travel with a chainlink dog run.
I dont mind setting it up but we have a Great Dane a Boxer a Bassador and a Jack Russell. It will be a challenge. Barking will also be an issue. We leave them alone at our house. We will not on the road however. If we flat tow our Silverado the dogs all fit fine when we leave the RV site.Comfortable topper with beds and a sliding window.Crew cab also works for 2 of them.
The cats are all indoor so a large RV will work for them.Your window idea is great!
