Both me and my wife had dogs before we were together. After we were married, we found our girl Lizzy who was 1 at the time from a rescue. 1 year later we got our baby girl Abby from the same rescue. She was only 2 weeks old as we later found out. I have a very good relationship with our rescue, used to work as a animal control officer years ago. So we support our local rescue shelter when we can. Soon we will be out on our first trip camping together. There will be in heaven.

I'm so happy that you have a new fur-baby, Slickest1! I'm a rescuer, hate to hear stories about some of them being unresponsive, but am happy your heart found a new love!
