Dramamine works -- ask vet for appropriate dosage based on your dog's weight. (Dramamine is essentially an anti-emetic, meaning it shuts down the brain's "throw-up mechanism.")
Cool air directly on the dog also seems to help. A blanket from home might help calm your dog, too. Don't know how old your pup is, but a vet once told me that motion sickness tends to diminish as the dog ages.
I found that my bichon became car sick when she had an (almost) empty stomach. So about two hours BEFORE driving I feed her, and also make sure she has peed and pooped prior to any travel. She does really well with that feeding schedule, and with the cool air and blanket from home. :-) Scheduled rest stops also break up the drive and allow for stretching, etc.
Your dog looks like a sweetheart! Good luck and safe travels. :-)
PS -- I'd like to also recommend a dog restraint harness so that your pup won't fly around inside your RV (or car) in the event of an accident.
