Here is Marceau (SoSo) our 12 year old PBGV ( Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen). He went blind at about 4 years old but his hearing and sense of smell are superior.
He loves to travel and knows when we bring the MH to the house for a trip. He sits by the door and cries until we are ready to leave.
This photo was taken when he was in Doggie Daycare in Victoria, BC.

That's a precious photo of SoSo funny how they adapt to their handicaps without complaint unlike us humans. I pray he has a wonderful life for the remainder of his years.
Thanks for the photo
Cheers
Willey

Yes he has adapted quite well. He has slowed down but still navigates around the house and the RV without running into things. He goes up and down the stairs to the backyard 2 or 3 times a day. He can find "people" food no matter where it is.

Hannah and Jack
Here are our two travelers......Hannah is a 6 year old Pug and she has traveled with us her whole life. First in our conversion van, then in the 5th wheel and now in the motorhome. Jack the cat is a newby to travel, but we have high hopes for him. I know he is going to love the big front window when we are parked.

Our Akita loves to travel but gets board on long drives, the cat on the other hand does not like the moving part of it.

Cody, a red Golden Retriever, came to us almost one year ago. He is now 4 years 6 months. We adopted him from a Viet Nam couple who were returning to their country after the housing market collapsed in LA and could not take him with them.
Found out later that he liked sitting in his own patio chair when we are outside. Had to go buy him his own chair. He will sit there all day if you let him and just watch everything go by. An occasional bark once in awhile to let me know he is OK.

Looks like to peas in a pod, same color of hair
Nice looking fur baby. Looks like it might be getting just a little spoiled, do you think?
I'm guilty also
