Meet Turlock's Wicked Black Diamond "Jool" we picked from the breeder at Long Beach today.

Mrs. Wicked plans to campaign the Affenpinscher pup and start a breeding program within a couple years. This pup is a cute little bugger and has a great personality. I expect the whippets to teach her how to chase a lure!

As for me, I'm sticking with whippets. Whippets are a lot more destructive!

Jool is sooooo cute! It's always so fun to bring a new puppy into the family. AKBrick and I considered Affenpinschers and Brussels Griffon as a new breed for us when we decided to "downsize" from the PBGVs. But I told him I didn't want a dog I had to do hand stripping on anymore. Of course then we ended up with Norwich terriers. Go figure. I'm glad we chose the Norwich because they fit our life perfectly, but we still have a soft spot for the Affenpinschers.
