We're going to be traveling from the San Francisco Bay Area to Purina Farms outside of St. Louis in November. The dogs are competing in the U-Fli Tournament of Champions.

We'll need 4-5 places each way where we can do dinner (2 and 4-legged family members) and sleep. We're not planning on spending more than 1 night at any location.

My concern is twofold:
1) we have 4 dogs. 3 of which are right around 50 pounds.
2) two of the big dogs are pit bulls.

Of course, we're looking for a non-discriminating place to stay. In fact, we want to support places that still judge each family as an individual. Also (prefer) one where dog owners typically clean up after themselves and there aren't a ton of loose roaming dogs.

I get fairly picky about my dogs when they are close to competing so we'll be sticking to ourselves and doing leash walks AM and PM. I wouldn't want anyone to pick up diarrhea or bust a toe a week away from Nationals, you know?

Much thanks from:
