I have close to 400 photos of Benji in my computer. It is pretty hard to walk through the room when the screen saver is on and not catch a picture of him. There have been times when I'll stop and 6 or 7 come up in a row. Also have one of him on my cell phone, so every time I open it, he's there. His picture is also in my golf GPS and see him every time I turn it on. He left us in August and I admit X-mas was very tough not having him around. He loved opening gifts.

You know there is a reason why D O G is God spelled backwards. Dogs are lifes lesson as to what loyalty means. If we as humans were as loyal to our friends and neighbors as our dogs are, what a wonderful world this would be. I must agree the loss of our pets is heart breaking, but I cherish the life lessons our dog has taught us durring her life. The memories of the funny things they did and the trouble they caused us is invaluable. I pray Gods blessings on all of y'all who have lost your furry loved ones, and hope your memories will help heal the hole in your hearts. Jimm Zi/

Got up this morning to hear our 15 year old Cocker, Suds, whining. He was lying in the foyer and could not get up on his own. I helped him get his legs under him and took him outside to do his business. He came back in and layed down again and was whining in pain. I gave him his pain medication and a sedative. It helped make him more comfortable for a while. I called Lynda home from work and made an appointment at the Vet. We took him in at one this afternoon and the Vet confirmed that his journey was over. We knew that this time was coming for quite a while, but it is still hard. He went peacefully and is now waiting at Rainbow Bridge where he can hear again and is able to run and play pain free. I have to say that of all the dogs we have had, Suds was by fat the best one ever. He was a real joy and we are both thankful that we were able to be a part of his life and for him to be a part of ours.

He will be missed but surely not ever forgotten.

Bob
