Oh, I would love to pull the old gag of pouring a quart of dirty oil under the Harley's crankcase, but we're not parked on cement or asphalt.
Just kidding, We have already moved on to another site.

I'd leave the "presents" as some call them, on the host's doorstep and see how he/she liked it. Having a civil conversation with the guy would be correct, but confrontation is the last option-which nowadays could be fatal.

I'm sure we all can relate our experiences with those rude folks who think they are exempt from rules/regulations. We recently met a couple that appeared to be proud of their "trashy" behavior.
We're at one of the nicer military FamCamps and recently had neighbors that, IMO, were at the lower end of the evolutionary pole! First, they had three (2 dogs and a cat), the limit is the standard two pets per site. The cat was allowed to run loose throughout the RV park; the two dogs, chained outside (another rule violation), defecated all around their motorhome -- including adjoining areas. The camp host had to personally oversee their cleaning up of the mess. We celebrated the next day when they departed -- in fact, at one point during our heated discussions, I told them both that they were "the trashiest people we had ever encountered at a military RV park".

So leaving dog **** on someones doorstep isn't confrontation - but having a civil conversation puts you in harms way? I just don't get it.

This thread reminds me of a book I once read called "Spots on the Wall" by the famous Chinese author Hoo Flung Poo.

Load the turds into an air gun and shoot his rig. Aim for the door handle. Or you can scoop the poop and forget about it. The latter would not give you revenge satisfaction but it would be the mature thing to do.

Rude Dog Owners
ChiefJohn - Read your post about the "trashy" Rvers you encountered. You said it was a military CamFam grounds. I am curious as I thought these parks were restricted to officers of the military.

Fam camps are open to all ID card holders and yes you get the same kind of people in all CGs Officer,Enlisted doesn't matter. If you don't have manners in the first place your rank won't matter.

Offer them a poop bag
If someone's dog poops and they don't pick it up I offer them a poop bag so they can go get it. My attitude is they must have run out or forgot. I've never had anyone say they wouldn't do it. Giving someone a nice graceful way out never hurts.

Seems that at any given CG you may see the $1M Prevost parked next to $100 bargain. Along with that you may find Danny Desperate next to Charles CEO. Many have guns and expectations. As a group we get along pretty well but there always has to be a "six pack short a beer" person. It's Murphy's Law. I was walking my dog one day and stopped to chat with someone. The dog did what I call a stealth dump and we started to walk away. Caught it, scooped it and trashed it. Bottom line, had I not had keen military training, we might have left unclaimed poop out for God and Man to stress over. Poop problems are what they are which allow us with more time than we should have to stress over mother natures best. Putting it on his motorcycle will result in a reaction and I know if it was my bike it would not be nice. Besides what would you do if you saw some creep smearing feces all over your motorhome. Because we are so diverse it pays in dividends not to be judgemental or foolish in our interactions. Just some thoughts!

I'd place the POOP at the front door of their OFFICE!!! Without a bag BTW.
Pops
I was staying at a small RV Park on Grand Ave. in Phoenix. For some reason the Park mgr. didn’t like me. So he had one of the other residence (who was actually a lame acquaintance of my mothers) lie for him to back his story that I wasn’t picking up after my dog to give him reason to evict me.
I spoke to the owner, who would not give me a chance to defend myself, although I was there for over a two months.
About 6 months had passed when my mother ran into this lame friend, who then admitted that he lied because the mgr threatened that he would have him evicted if he didn't. He lived in a POS MH which was immobile, busted, broke down. More then likely had never ran, cept to get him to this RV Park.
A few months after, my mother told me she ran into the owner of the Park at Wal*Mart. He told her that he found out what truely happened and had since fired the mgr..
Moral of this story is, if the mgr is that lame. Talking to the owner would probably not help, since they're more then likely just as lame if they'd hired a person like this in the fist place to represent them.
