Dinner for One

When I was a single person, I would cook a pot of chili on my day off.....then buy a bunch of onions and lettuce. and a box of Bisquick. Make biscuits.
Put a bunch of lettuce and onions and chili in a bowl and have that for dinner every night....after about the third day the dog would get the rest of the chili and I would go to Burger King or Jack in the box or Carl's Jr,

I like thick grilled pork chops, with baked potato, corn (canned) and "Swiss Miss", tapioca with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Glass of a good but not expensive wine.
