Finding friends..

Hi..I recently became widowed and finding RVing alone to be very challenging. After 35 yrs towing us around the US and Canada, I no longer own a tow vehicle, have just a small vintage TT, and a somewhat limited financial situation which leaves me hesitant to sell my Nissan Murano and buy a capable tow vehicle. My brother willingly tows my little camper to one of our local State Parks here in PA.Just wishing there was a safe way to meetup with other campers without just barging into a site and asking for friendship..lol! I am in my seventies and RA has left me lacking in strength to handle wt dist bars, etc. Any suggestions are appreciated!Jan

Don't know what wt dist is but here's what I'd suggest. We all need exercise anyway, so just start going on regular walks and you'l meet people along the way outside. I wouldn't be afraid. Be cautious of course, but in our experience most RVers are quite friendly and striking up conversations and making friends is quite easy. You've got to put yourself out there or making friends won't happen.
