forum for solo's?

I am new to this forum and i was until just lately travelling with my partner, now i find myself having to travel alone and was wondering if there is a thread on here that women driving alone can go to and see if there is another solo driver that might like to have company going down the road maybe from the same kind of area etc. I don't mind driving but would just like some company on the road mainly for safety reasons or in case of a breakdown, that kind of thing, maybe others new to driving alone that would also like company untill they get more used to the idea of being alone. Welcome this place is the greatest, I've gotten so much help and enjoy reading and answering the threads. I usually travel alone with just my dogs for company. Occasionally my Mom or a coworker will join me but I think it would be great to have a group of Solos meet somewhere. Have a group campfire and compare stories. I'm very social and always find somone friendly to chat with but usually they are one of a retired couple, would be nice to hang out with other single women.

Thats what I thought too, good for emotional support like sisters would be. Maybe someone will start a thread for that specific reason. Would be great to contact others with the same concerns etc.
