Hello, I am another new guy. I recently purhased two new items in my life, a fiver from a member here, and a new puter.

Having been fulltime since 2000, I decided to see what you singles were up to. Nice threads.

Yes, Im single, have been since 2000 and I am out enjoying life, trying to find out what life is really all about. I have a home base in Okla that I spend very little time at, but when I need to unwind, thats the roost.

Anyway, here I is.

I kind of enjoy being an unemployed, homeless, transient.

Hi Homelesshobo,

It is always good to have new members both on the site & in the group! Since you have been on the road pretty much fulltime since 2000 I bet you have lots of good stories!! Like you I have a stick bult home, but spend only a few months in it! I am in the RV from Sept to June. Looking forward to getting back on the road next month !!!!

Actually I am visiting in Fulton Tx at the moment. A good friend of mine is there for awhile and he asked me to come visit. So, I picked up and came on down. Planning on leaving here in a week or so, heading to Fla and play n the oil fields. Then mosey up to Branson for a month or so before heading to Az for the winter, unless I find something here to keep me here.

I bought this 87 Auto Mate fiver from another friend (I hope he is) and Im taking time to learn the ins and outs of it. If you do not know about the Auto Mate trailers and motor homes, it is an interesting story in itself. Amazingly this was a one owner who never pulled it except from Calif to Rockport Tx. The thing has every concievable luxury you can think of , including solar panels and a battery bank. Perfect for the slab or Q.
However, fourth day of ownership, the fan motor froze up on the a.c and that was a miserable night. Why, even my dog got mad at me !
But I sure like this thing and intend to keep it for a few years. Being single as most of you on here can guess , I dont need any slides etc, as I spend most time outdoors. Simple person, simple desires I guess.

Great picture, Al. Mickey was destined for great things, and look at him now -- a boat Captain!
