Hi All,
Hey Mr D you are both in my thoughts and prayers! Also when the time comes just don't make any quick knee jerk reactions! Take time to think and sort things out!
I have been traveling solo since 2008. Wife did not want to come to Fl for the winter. Then she decided in 2009 that she did not want me! When we were married she was always against me having a motorcycle, well I just went and got my license and will start to shop for a bike, and take another thing off my bucket list!!
Remember All: LIVE, LAUGH & ENJOY !!!

I have always been single, largely due to extensive work travelling. Now I am going to do the nomad thing on my off time as well, and very much looking forward to getting started this spring.
I fit into the 40 - 50 group, so God willing, have quite a few years to do this.

That's awesome though that you have found such a great interest at a young age!
I started camping in my 20s as well, wasn't single though, but i found that I was always the youngest one in the RV crowd. LOL

Traveling alone since 1994 and by this time I am very much used to doing things all my way - maybe too much so.

I think I have the best of both worlds - I am married, but retired. My wife still works, so I spent about 3 months in the past year going alone. The longest trip was 6 weeks, and I did get a little road weary after a month alone. On the long days through mid-America (there is nothing to do but drive past the hundreds of miles of corn, soy, and grazing land) I missed having a co-driver.
We are off on a six month lap of America this year (she took some time off), so it will be interesting to see how I feel about this whole thing by the end of Summer.

I am a lone male RVer now after 40 years of having a navigator. I still love it, although I will admit it is not as much fun as it used to be. I think you will do just fine, guarantee you will meet lots of great people.

I am solo because of work. I enjoy the TH, but wish I'd have gone with something that I could use all '39 of it...

Single since 1991.
Thanks to the divorce I have SS & State retirement. It pays for food, fuel & rv'ing.
It's nice AT TIMES to have company but for me not "full time".

I live and travel single and solo. Married and divorced once each. Like living the easy life. No drama, no debates, no arguments.
Now that's enough to put a smile on a grown mans face.

Now some of us know why divorces cost so much.
