Ok gang, here is the info. on the 2009 GTG (Get together) in Fredericksburg, Tx

We have reserved 20 sites most pull-thru. The rally rate is $25.00 a night. Additional nights may be booked at 10% discount off regular rate.
We have the rally room reserved. CALL OAKWOOD DIRECTLY TO RESERVE A SPOT BE SURE TO LET THEM KNOW IF YOU ARE COMING EARLY OR STAYING LATE SO THEY CAN PLAN TO PUT YOU WITH THE GROUP.

We enjoyed several side trips last year and will plan more for this year. Please let all your single friends know about this rally as they are welcome. A chance to meet new folks and have LOTS of fun!!

Following the GTG there will be a Dance Rally starting on April 5 in Bandera and information on this event can be found at www.fmca-si.com. Several people from this group will be going from Fredericksburg to Bandera to attend.

Please post here if you are interested in attending. I need to let Carolyn or Terry (the ladies hosting this) know you will be coming so they can make your name tags and greet you when you arrive.

Thanks Barbara!!! I appreciate your letting us know about this event!! I'll be heading east in April, but I hope some of our members will attend if they're in the area. Pemsit? You hear???

If you are further west and want some company, the LoW group is having a rally at their Lo-Hi Ranch in Deming, New Mexico the first week of April.

The Escapees Solo group will be at the Escapee Rally in Missourri in May.

That's all the info I have right now!!

Maybe one day we will all be close enough or headed in the same direction that we can have our own IRV2 Solo GTG!!

It is too bad you didn’t have something out at Quartzsite when the mini IRV2 sub rally was going on. I stopped out and meet some of the folks, Did you happen across them too? I am surprised if you missed em, cause it was posted all around IRV2. Could have been the first gathering for IRV2 SoloRVer's...... Book2

I'm afraid that checking this forum is about all that I have time for . . . life is very busy and I'm looking forward to it slowing down in a month or so. I was in Quartzite late . . . like the last day of the RV show I think . . . I got to the general area but boondocked with some friends WAY out in the desert in Ehrenberg. Waited until the masses had departed before venturing into Quartzite. Not sure if I'll be back there next year either . . . too much else to see and not a whole lot of time left to see everything to retrace steps every year. But if enough IRV2 singles were to head that way, I'd certainly be there with bells on!! Good idea!!
