Beer Can Chicken

On another thread, I mentioned making Beer Can Chicken for dinner and someone asked what it was. We make this many times during the summer season. Below is a picture of the finished product and a link for the recipe.

My wife, Chris, found the recipe in May of 2004. In the picture, we have the chickens in aluminum pie pans but since then, we've gone "pro" and purchased a stainless steel double rack for this from Cabela's.
