Everyone probably already knows this one but just in case....

This is the easiest dish to fix and is ALWAYS great.

2 of your favorite fish fillets (or whatever happened to bite that day)
1 bag of frozen vege's (we like the ones with snow peas, broccoli, water chestnuts, etc)
Your favorite spices
Parchment paper (or tin foil)
A couple of pats of butter
Mushrooms (if you like them)
Rice (if you wish)

Make a parchment or tin foil bag. Place a couple of pats of butter in the bottom of the bag.
Place the fillets on top of the butter
Salt/Pepper and spice as your like
Place the frozen vege combo on top of the fish
Close the bag
Throw in the oven at 325 for 20-25 minutes

Serve on rice or by itself

Wonderful taste, great smell and so easy to make and clean up!!

Substitute olive oil for the butter & it's even healthier.
