This is the lastest new recipe I tried from a magazine that is a keeper. Quick,easy and ingredients most already have on hand. It would be easy to double or triple for a potluck.We are having some tonight with grilled rib eye steaks. Enjoy!
The Best Baked Corn
1 cup milk
2 T.butter
1 T sugar
2 T flour
1 15 oz can whole and drained corn
2 eggs,well beaten
Boil 3/4 cup milk with butter and sugar. Dissolve flour in 1/4 cup of milk. Pour flour mixture into the milk mixture to make a thin white sauce
Add to drained corn in 1 to 1.5 quart pyrex loaf pan. Mix in eggs. Bake 1 hour at 400. Makes 4 servings
