Been cooking this one forever
Serving can be adjusted from 1 or 2 to as many as need - Just use more of everything
I used to do weeklong canoe trips for our church camp - Freeze the hotdogs and pimento cheese and it will go for several days in cooler the cook in dutch oven. Yes I carried a dutch oven in a canoe.

Cooked macaroni
Sliced hotdogs
Pimento cheese (I use hot pimento cheese)
Diced spring onions
Small amount milk
Mix it all together and microwave until hot
Yes salt and pepper to taste

Great thing about this recipe is that you adjust the ingredients to suit your taste
I put a lot of hotdogs and use the hot pimento cheese

We eat this with steamed cabbage and pinto beans as the preferred meal.
Meets all requirements, reasonably healthy, Taste great and CHEAP for a group.
