Brats in a Tortilla

I cooked some brats the other day. Had a few left over. So I did some sliced onions and mushrooms in butter in a skillet. Put a brat in a tortillas covered with grilled onions & mushrooms then added some feta cheese and sharp chedder. Then rolled it up like a burrito. Then baked it in oven until heated through and cheese is melted. Boy is that good.

Now that sounds pretty darn good. Did you use flour or corn tortillas? Bet a good hot dog with chili, cheese and onions would also be good that way.

We do that sometimes at home using a flour tortilla (we sell beef hot dogs, brats, smoked sausages, BBQ and meatball in gravy sandwiches and sometimes have stuff leftover at the end of the day). The kids & I call them Chihuahuas.
