Coffee can Ice Cream

When camping My 15 year old son likes to make this. You put all your ice cream ingrediants into a 1 Lb coffee can. Place this can in a 3 lb coffee can and fill with ice and rock salt. Roll can across camp table for about 20-30 minutes. You have camp Ice Cream.

That's a lot easier and cheaper than one of those ice cream balls you can buy at LL Bean or other stores! Same method/idea ... but your is more creative and comes out the same! Good for you.

We went camping with freinds 6 yrs ago. Nikolas and I made ice cream for everyone with the can method. That next Christmas they gave us the Ball. I keep them both in the rig. But prefer the cans. They make a little more.
