Crockpot Salsa Chicken

This is one of our favorite crockpot recipes,cook it at lease once a month whether on the road or at home.

3 or 4 boneless chicken breast
1 cup salsa
1 package Taco seasoning
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream

Add chicken to crockpot.Sprinkle chicken with Taco seasoning.Pour salsa and cream soup over chicken. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve with rice. Enjoy!

Glad you liked it,and I like the ease of it too! My daughter doesn't like sour cream so instead she adds grated sharp cheese to hers.
