I got this recipe from a friend of mine who just lost his battle with cancer at the young age of 37.

So in his honor I call it Shanes Chicken.

Take your favorite checken parts (I like thighs) and rub them with your favorite seasoning ( I use Old Bay).

Place in seasoned dutch oven...put about 10 charcoal briquets on bottom and about 14 on top. Let cook for about 45 minutes. Chicken is done when the juices run clear.
Makes very tender juicy chicken and the clean up is a snap.
