Hi all, just wanted to share what I thought was a pretty funny story. To start with, my hubby is Dutch, both his parents were born in Holland. Secondly, I don't know how common this is, but around here, giving someone a "Dutch Oven" means your loved one pulling a blanket over your head while in bed and then passing gas under the blanket with you, men think this is especially hilarious.
Well, hubby and I were shopping on the weekend at Camper's Village, and I was silly enough to point out a real dutch oven to him. Well, hearing me say "dutch oven" in public gave him a fit of the giggles that lasted the whole trip! We couldn't even look each other in the eye while we were in the store or it would set us off again. Anyways, I keep my hubby around because he does make me laugh and there is no better medicine than that! What do the men in your life do that makes you laugh?

I think all my friends in the Nor'easter group can attest to the fact that my wife,Karen has put up with that and more, and still laughs. There is a place for her in heaven or wherever we end up

I think being able to laugh together is very important to a good marriage. And I liked your story.
