We just bought a new 5th wheel last fall and only used trailer a few times. It came with a convection microwave and no regular oven. How do I adjust my recipes for this oven, example knowing how long to bake etc. Or do I just set it like I would any oven as far as temp and time?

Hi Tammy, this has been discussed before. If you go to "find" on the toolbar above your post and type in convection oven you will get lots of answers. Usually cut the heat back by about 25degrees, and cut the time back by about 5-10 minutes. Put everything on the shelf (I use the 1" high one for cakes) Watch pork chops, etc. Some times they come out like shoe leather But cakes, biscuits are easy. Good luck

Thanks for your help. I will do the search. Should have thought about that to begin with.
