Well, you can go with a fairly common 'Cold' breakfast of toast and cerial.

For evening meals go to one of the common web sites... Eating Well, Family Circle, Kraft Foods, Better homes and gardens and click on recipies and then on crock pot.

There are way too many to list here.

But I'll see what links I have,, Broadband useful

I've used this one dozen's of times. It's easy & tastes great.

1 lb pkg frozen cooked meatballs
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans Cambell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can beef broth or consume
Dash of Worchestershire sauce
1 cup sour cream

Put all except sour cream in Crock-Pot, cover & cook on low 6-8 hours. Just before serving, add sour cream & stir. If the sauce isn't thick enough, you can make a rue by taking out some of the sauce, adding flour & stirring before re-introducing it back to the Crock-Pot mix.

I usually serve over rice, but you can also do noodles or mashed potatoes. For convenience, I buy bagged salad to accompany the dinner.

One of my favorites in a crock pot is Southwest Chicken....
8 chicken tenders or 6 chicken breasts
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 jar of Salsa
1 can low fat cream mushroom soup....
cook in pot 6-7 hours on low...serve over rice its yum and low calorie...
works good as a chicken taco also on a soft tortilla with all the goodies....

I have done this for Taquitos. But could be done for tacos or burittos also. I have placed a chuck roast in pot add a diced onion a packet or 2 of taco seasoning. Add water to cover meat. Cook on low for about 6-8 hours. Shred the meat and put in taco shells or buritto tortillas and add other toppings.
