I'm intruding I know, but looking for a really good stuffed pork roast recipe.

Mother used to do it the way you would a turkey.

Any really, really, really nice ladies out there
got one they can pass on.

I can't go rving for the week-end so I'm going to cook myself out of bordom.

You probably already got lots of recipes or ideas on this request. I just have the butcher cut out part of the roast and put my own bread stuffing (with sage) into it and bake it normally. Can also take pork chops and lay them on top of the dressing and bake. I fry the chops a few minutes before putting them on top of the dressing. Bake it about an hour with foil over it and another 20 to 30 minutes uncovered. Same with the roast, covered part of the time and uncovered the last part. If you cannot make dressing buy one of the packages at the store and add onion, celery and chicken broth. I like homemade better but this works with the meat flavoring.
