No fat meatloaf

1lb Ground Turkey or Chicken
1/2 box Stove Top Stuffing mix
1 can Cream of Celery soup

mix stuffing mix (dry) with ground turkey, form loaf and coat with cream of celery soup bake at 350deg till done,
Makes great meatballs too

Low in fat but watch out for all that sodium!!

I think it sounds good, a little sodium now and then is OK! I would have never thought of the combination. That's what makes new recipes so interesting.

That sounds good. I will try it your way 1st. 2nd time I will adjust to lower sodium.

A lot of salt ?total yes, but that amount meatloaf should give you about 6pcs with 200mg each. You can make your own stuffing mix and save cash and salt you can also use low sodium soup too. Its a quick recipe for when time is short

After checking with a box of Stove Top and a can of Campbells I'm thinking 400mg of salt is probably more realistic than the 200mg. But its still tasty
