Cool Oven/cooktop suggestions

We are renovating and I get to add a bit to the kitchen so it goes from one frig and a microwave to something more.

I like to broil my steaks. Do they make a really nice small oven for an RV that will take a full size broiling pan?

Hubby wants to take out the microwave and add a second refrigerator. Then add a small area with the cooktop and broiling oven, microwave and sink. I'm trying to keep it compact and functional. Cooktop will be propane because my favorite wok works best over an open flame.

Any advice? I'm new to cooking in an RV. In fact, we have not yet gone anywhere with one because we are still renovating our Rexhall.

And what do you do to secure a crock pot when going down the road?

Anyway, I sure could use advice.
