If you have the oven on anyway, a quick easy asparagus recipe, which taste like it's been caramelized. Try it even if you don't like Asparagus.

Get a brown paper bag (The size they give you at the grocery store when you buy a bottle of wine). You got to have a glass of wine anyway when you are cooking so the bag is free!

Wash your asparagus and dry them. Bend one piece until it snaps off. Line the rest of them up on the cutting board and cut the rest of them the same length that the one you snapped off.

Drop asparagus into the brown bag (you know the one that the wine came in)! Shake some salt, pepper and drizzle a little olive oil on them. Close the bag and pop it into the oven for about 15 min. Your oven might be a bit different in time. Check a piece after 15 min. and if it's too hard then put it back in and check every 5 min. until done. I do put the bag of asparagus on a pie pan, if not your stove gets dirty, but I have put it on the oven grate as well.

NEXT QUESTION ANSWERED IS- NO the bag does not catch on fire if you are cooking at 350 degrees. I haven't tried it on a higher degree.
