I made mine this afternoon and had some tonight for dessert,I'm thinking of it for breakfast with a cup of coffee. Chemo and radiation is making Tom very tired and sleepy, thought he was going to fall asleep over supper but he really woke up for his dessert!

It was a big hit. Even though I screwed up the recipe. I thought I had the half cup measure when I was doling out the sugar for the pumpkin mix. But I had the 2/3 cup size instead. It just made it sweeter - as if a full cup of sugar wasn't enough already!

This recipe is a keeper for sure!

Appreciate the prayers Bill & Juanita. He has actually gained some weight, not eating as much but he is alot less active. Drs think its a good thing he is not losing though.
