GRANDMA'S HOT BACON DRESSING SALAD

1/4--cup water
1/4--cup apple cider vinegar
3/4--cup sugar
1 ---egg
3 ---heaping tablespoons of miricle whip--no don't use mayo and heap
those babies.
1 --- pkg bacon either 12 oz or the 1 lb -depending on how much you like
bacon. Yeah I know, the 1 lb thick cut will do.
1 --- large bag of salad lettuce--yes you will want the large!

1--Cut up bacon and fry to your prefered doneness. Once fried drain off
most of the grease, at least try to make your Doctor happy.

2--Prepare salad with what ever you want in it-- ie. tomatos, cucumbers,
onions etc. But it tastes good with just lettuce too if you don't have
the other fixins

3--In a sauce pan add the other ingrediants and cook to where it
just starts to thicken. Then add to the fry pan with the bacon
and grease and bring to a low boil. Then add to the lettuce. Be
sure to use a spatula to get all the goodies.

4--Enjoy- now you won't be lying when you tell your Doctor
you're eating lots of salads. Just don't tell him what alls in it.

Ok I allowed a month or so. So going to make it again. I figure if I only have it once every month or so I'm ok.

The 1st time I made it it was for me and teenage son. He normally dosen't like salads. He had seconds on this one.
