This is one of favorite meals. You can increase the items to serve as many as you need.

4 pork chops (any type will do)
2 cans mushroom soup
season salt
1/2 can of white or blush wine

Mix soup with wine in mixing bowl. I use left over wine (sometimes there is some!) and use 1/2 can to one can poured into empty soup can.
Season chops to taste. Place thin layer of soup in bottom of slow cooker. Place chops on layer of soup and cover with remaining soup mixture. Cook on low for about 5 hours.

We serve the sauce over rice.

I have used pretty much this same recipe often. Learned it from a co-worker. It's really good. I slice an onion and quarter red or white potatoes in there too.

I love this stuff....we have made a variant of this for years. Very good with rice or biscuits.

Man, I'm hungry now!

I am new to this site ... so I've just came across this recipe. It sounds delish! We have a bunch of pork chops in the freezer ... am ready to cook them up now!

Hey ... thanks for sharing these recipes. We are newbies to living in the Rv too.

Sounds great, next time I will add the wine.

Instead of cream of mushroom soup sprinkle garlic salt & pepper on the chops, brown on each side in a little butter or EVOO then add to the crock pot with a jar of Alfredo sauce,(Classico makes a "light one",dump in mushrooms either canned drained or fresh and a pinch of thyme. Cook on low 2 to 3 hours and they are falling apart delicious. I cook Dreamfields low carb angel hair pasta and stir it in the crock pot just before serving.
