This is my favorite!! It has a lil soy taste but not to strong! You dont need stak sauce, why use sauce when you pay 30 bucks for 2 nice rib eyes or t bones??? I marinade for about 2 hours and lightly brush just before its done to your liking. FANTASTIC! http://www.dalesseasoning.com/beef.asp

If I am paying $30 for two steaks...they should NOT need any type of marinade! I can guarantee you that all I will need to put on them will be a salt & pepper seasoning mixture before they go on the grill...and maybe have a side of sauted mushrooms to compliment the steak ...but a tri-tip is another story...

I second your thoughts on the subject of preparing thirty dollar steaks.
Now, if I could just figure out how to have them more often-$$$$$$

When we have steaks we have rib eyes or t-bones,they only thing that we put on them is garlic salt and black pepper, they don't need anything else!

In my humble opinion, it's a major crime to put anything but maybe a little touch of salt on a good steak. The really good ones don't need even the salt. However, a little melted butter w/garlic salt, lemon juice and dried onions brushed on is on rare occasions acceptable. DW loves Dale's Seasoning on hers. I hate the stuff. That's what makes America great - we can all have it our way!
