Super easy,super delicious Blueberry syrup

I made this yesterday as a treat to go on pancakes,its so good I could have eaten it by the spoonfuls! You get just a slight hint of the orange flavor

Blueberry Syrup

1 1/2 cup blueberries(fresh or frozen)
3 T honey
1/2 cup orange juice,divided
1 T corn starch
dash of cinnamona(optional)

In medium size sauce pan over medium heat mix blueberries,honey and 1/4 cup of the orange juice.Bring to boil,turn heat to medium,mix remaining orange juice with the corn starch in small bowl and stir into blueberry mixture. Stir constantly until thickened.Serve hot,and enjoy!

Not sure what to do with the left overs,will either heat it up to go over Eggoes or spoon over vanilla ice cream.
