Traeger PTG Wood Pellet Grill on the Rogue River, OR

Spent last week on the Rogue River, OR trying to catch a Steelhead or two ... there's a reason they call it fishing and not catching So instead of smoked steehead I cooked a few other meals with my Wood Pellet BBQ Smoker-Grill and Camp Chef stove Bon Appetite!

Smoked Chicken Thighs and roasted potatoes

Beef and vegetable fried rice

Roasted Turkey roast and potatoes

papa peter, it is very clear to me why you were fishing instead of catching. You spent all your time cooking. LOL Please let me know next time your cooking as everything looks great.

Oh man Osok ... Here's a few chicken thighs I smoked a couple of weeks ago when we were in Huntsville, TX ... Sorry I missed ya! Maybe next time

I've since bought a new Green Mountain Grill Davy Crockett Wood Pellet Smoker-Grill and I'll be selling my Traeger ... but the results are the same ... Scrumptious!

Your breaking my heart.lol The pictures look so gooood. Nothing better than smoked meat. I have a wood smoker but much to large to travel with. How do you transport and store smoker without smoke smell getting into the coach? I need to check into those smaller pellet smokers. Great thing about your smoker vs. mine is you do not have to baby sit it to smoke an excellent product.
