I called Winnebago. they stated my sd card is down with the cd player in the middle of the bottom edge. will try that. coach goes into the shop tomorrow as I have some paint issues and a rear camera that isn't working(they tried to fix this once) I am hoping they took out the sd card but we'll see. thanks for all your help. bob
