    Difficult to do with the leg fully extended. But with blocks and a heavy duty jack, it could be removed. Just be CAREFUL.

    Many thanks for the great article and pics. We just had an issue with our Passenger Front Atwood Leveleg. It was fully EXTENDED and would not respond to the control panel. We used a 1/2" socket ratchet wrench it seemed to move, but at 500 turns to 1 inch. Thus, we switched to our power driver. That worked great for a few seconds, then we broke the nut off the motor shaft. Now the problem. With hope and a prayer we pressed the RETRACT button and it came up. Needless to say, we are not going to use the jacks until we can repair/replace the jack/motor. Any suggestions on locating a motor. Lippert does not sell any parts....either a complete set for 5 grand or 1 leg for 500 bucks.
